Under the Luxembourg flag chemical / oil products tanker Crystal Topaz, the bottom brush (sweep beam) DN 31 run over. The special built oil remover is capsized and sank. The DN 31 is near the locks and Deurganckdock in the port of Antwerp regularly employed as a land leveler (sweep beam). |
